Invitation to Tender / Tender Announcement

Kuwait Oil Tanker Company, a subsidiary of Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (hereinafter known as the "First Party / Seller / Owner / KOTC / Company") hereby announces or solicits bidding (from the "Bidders"), for the Sale of the "AHTS" Supply Vessel (AL SABRIYAH - owned & operated by KOTC's Marine Agency Branch)" on a AS IS WHERE IS sale basis, in conformity with the terms & conditions & specifications/requirements, as stated in the tender documents which can be obtained from KOTC Head Office (Commercial Group's Technical Contracts Division, Jamal Abdul Nasser Street, Shuwaikh Administrative Area – Kuwait), during KOTC's official working hours 07:00 to 15:00 Hours, from Sunday to Thursday  upon payment of a non-refundable tender fee of  KD 5/- (Kuwaiti Dinars Five only).

To enable KOTC to provide you the tender documents, kindly arrange to pay to KOTC a  non-refundable tender fee of KD 5/-- (Kuwaiti Dinars Five only), by means of Bank Deposit OR by TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER to KOTC's bank account as per the below bank account details (please ensure to include the IBAN as mentioned below) with your good selves (the tenderer) bearing the bank charges of the transmitting and receiving bank.

Please note that the exact/net amount of KD 5/-- (Kuwaiti Dinars Five only), to be received by KOTC.

Any Bank charges to be on bidder's account.

Please provide us the tender fee remittance details (if payment is by telegraphic transfer) by email at CFLT@kotc.com.kw or the original receipt of cash deposit (endorsed by KOTC's Financial Accounts Group on the 07^th Floor), to enable KOTC to provide you with the tender documents (through e-mail).

Bids Submission :

• The closing date for the bids submission shall be on  MONDAY July 29, 2019. at 2:00 pm (Kuwait local time)
• The bids (Offers), valid for 90-days from the bid closing date, shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, on or before the bid closing date, to:

  Inspection :
  
  The AHTS" Supply Vessel (AL SABRIYAH)", shall be available for Inspection as below :
• Date of Inspection of the "AHTS (AL SABRIYAH)"
  
   
• Date : Monday July 15, 2019

Starting from 8:00 AM to 02:00 PM., Kuwait time.

• Inspection Venue:
  
  Marine Agency Branch – Fahaheel (SAFE ANCHORAGE AREA). 
   
• Gate Passes for Inspection:
  
  Due to Security reasons, for access to the Inspection Venue at the Marine Agency Branch – Fahaheel (SAFE ANCHORAGE AREA), the Bidder's representatives have to be issued gate passes, prior to entry to the Inspection Site.
  
  For the bidders' authorized representatives (desiring to visit the "Site" / Inspection Area), the bidder(s) should submit, clear copies of their authorized representatives' passport, other Official (Government issued), Identification documents, via fax to the number: 24625026 or  24625025  by Wednesday July 10, 2019, to issue the necessary gate passes.
  

Note: Please note that certain nationalities may have restricted access or may not be allowed to the "Site" / Inspection Area".
